Two notes on the translation of Rudra no Hihou

Written in haste shortly after J2E took over the Rudra project, and subsequently revised in response to a debate on the Whirlpool board. It's served its purpose, having brought attention to the issues I thought important, and the conclusions are now only really of historical interest, though Rudra fans may well be interested in the background discussion.
